It is easy to install and operate and can be combined with all other VELUX interior blinds or exterior heat protection products. The insect screen stows neatly away in the slim top casing when not in use.

Manual operation with control bar


The VELUX insect screen is manually operated with a control bar. Simply grab the bar and pull it up or down. The insect screen is attached to a top casing and runs in side rails that ensure a smooth operation. When not in use, it's conveniently stowed away in the top casing.
If you cannot reach the top of your roof window, remember to order an operation rod.

Material

VELUX insect screens are made of a fibre glass net coated with PVC that is transparent and insect proof. The side rails are made of aluminium. The insect screen can be raised and lowered manually and set in fully open or fully closed position.
